In the laboratory of universities and institutes and enterprises’ R&D department, it is completely simulated the industrial production spray dryer in the laboratory.
The original liquid would be feed by peristaltic pump, and become spray with help of High Speed atomizer, the atomizer would be driven by compressed Air. Peristaltic pump can be adjusted and stable, which can ensure feeding stably and control temperature effectively.
The air would be heated by electricity, until inlet air temperature reach max. 250℃(Adjustable depend on actual need for different product). At this moment, the heater air would enter the spray chamber uniformly. After hot air touch with materials to be dryed, water can be evaported very fast and dryer powder can be collected by glass separator.
