The stirring speed can be adjusted to adapt to different viscosity of coating formulas. Optional jacket structure is available for heating or heat preservation, so as to keep the coating liquid at a stable temperature and maintain good atomization performance during subsequent spraying. Sight glass, liquid level gauge, feeding port, discharge outlet, overflow port and cleaning port are reserved on the tank body. All internal welds are finely polished to reduce dead corners and facilitate CIP cleaning. Seals of the stirring shaft adopt wear-resistant and chemical-resistant packing or mechanical seal to prevent liquid leakage.

The product silo is designed for bulk storage of finished fertilizer pellets. The main silo body is made of 304 stainless steel, with a conical hopper at the bottom to achieve smooth material discharging and avoid bridging and arching of granules. A vibration device can be fitted optionally to assist material flow when necessary. The top of the silo is equipped with a breathable dust filter to prevent dust escaping during material feeding while balancing internal and external air pressure. Inspection manhole is arranged for regular internal checking and cleaning. Supporting legs are reinforced to bear full load of stored materials. Discharge valve at the bottom controls the output of finished materials, which can be connected to packaging equipment or conveying system. The stirring mechanism runs continuously for a test period to verify stable rotation, no abnormal noise and no shaft swinging. Air tightness test and water leakage test are performed on the agitating tank to check the sealing performance of all ports and shaft seals. The load-bearing structure of the product silo is inspected to confirm structural safety under full material load. All instruments including liquid level sensors and pressure gauges are calibrated. All valves and movable parts are operated repeatedly to guarantee flexible opening and closing. Test records and material certificates are sorted into the delivery document package.

For packaging protection, stainless steel surfaces are covered with anti-scratch protective film. Flange faces, threaded ports and sealing surfaces are protected by plastic caps to avoid bump damage and foreign matter entering. The agitator motor, reducer, sensors and precision valves are individually wrapped with shockproof bubble film and packed in separate wooden boxes. All loose accessories, gaskets, bolts, connecting pipe fittings and special tools are placed in marked spare part boxes. The large tank and silo sections are fixed on reinforced export fumigation-free wooden skids, filled with foam and stretch film for fastening. Standard shipping marks including upward, moisture-proof, fragile and center of gravity marks are clearly printed on the outer package.

Shipping documents include commercial invoice, packing list, material certificate of stainless steel, factory inspection report, operation and maintenance manual, assembly drawings and connection schematic diagrams. All documents are prepared to meet international customs clearance requirements, helping the buyer complete import declaration and inspection smoothly at destination. During container loading, heavy components are placed at the bottom and evenly distributed. Cargo is fixed by binding belts and wooden bracing to prevent shifting, collision and deformation during sea transportation. Lifting operation must follow the marked lifting points to avoid structural deformation.

After arrival, the buyer can arrange unpacking inspection and check against the packing list.
