The main structure includes rotating drum, scraper system, feeding device, discharge mechanism, transmission system, base frame and control cabinet. The drum is made of SUS304 stainless steel with polished surface, meeting sanitary and corrosion-resistant requirements; scraper is configured with flexible precision blade, with manual/pneumatic adjustable mode, ensuring stable and uniform stripping of dry materials. Heating mode supports steam or heat transfer oil, with thermal efficiency up to 70%–80%; material film thickness is controllable at 0.3–1.5 mm, featuring fast drying, low energy consumption and stable operation. The whole machine has been assembled, debugged and tested run in the factory, with all technical indicators qualified before delivery.

 

In terms of packaging, we implement industrial export-grade full protection packaging to adapt to long-distance sea/land transportation. The main engine and base frame are fixed on a sturdy wooden skid with expansion bolts to prevent displacement and vibration; rotating parts, scraper components and electrical parts are disassembled and packed into export plywood cases, lined with shockproof foam and moisture-proof film, and marked with fragile, waterproof and direction signs. The control cabinet, motor and electrical elements are individually sealed and packaged to avoid moisture and collision. All pipelines, valves, fasteners and accessories are classified, packed and labeled correspondingly, with detailed packing list attached inside the case. The outer package is sprayed with shipping mark, including contract number, consignee, port of destination and package number, facilitating identification and transshipment.

 

The transportation mode is containerized transportation as agreed in the contract. The equipment is loaded into a standard dry container under the supervision of professional loading personnel, with reasonable layout and firm binding to ensure no shaking or collision during transportation. The delivery date is strictly implemented in accordance with the contract schedule; after shipment, we will provide the bill of lading, container number, seal number and estimated arrival time at the first time, and track the whole transportation process to feed back the dynamics in time. For customers with special needs, we can also arrange bulk cargo, air transportation or designated freight forwarder delivery, and coordinate with logistics parties to optimize the route and shorten the transportation cycle.
