Scope of Delivery (FULL SET):

Evaporator Main Body: Complete with heating jacket, separator, and demister.

Condensing System: Shell and tube condenser (or plate type) with receiving tank.

Vacuum System: Liquid ring vacuum pump (or dry screw pump) with interconnecting piping, moisture trap, and solenoid valves.

Feed & Discharge System: Feed pump, concentrate discharge pump, condensate pump (if applicable), and associated flow meters/controllers.

Pre-wired Control Cabinet: PLC-based automatic control system with touch-screen HMI. Equipped with temperature, pressure, level sensors, and safety interlocks.

Interconnecting Piping & Valves: Complete process piping within battery limits, including manual and automatic valves.

Documentation: Detailed P&ID, electrical diagrams, installation manual, operation manual, maintenance guide, spare parts list, and certificates (material, pressure, final inspection).

Packaging Details:
All major components are individually crated in heavy-duty, fumigation-treated wooden cases suitable for long-distance ocean freight and rough handling. Internal blocking and bracing are applied to prevent movement. Electrical components are sealed in waterproof plastic. All crates are clearly marked with handling symbols and item numbers matching the packing list.
