The drum filter(starch drying machine) adopts the principle of constant pressure cake layer bridging filtration. When it works,the drum is driven by the speed regulating motor to rotate in the pulp tank, and the wet starch is adsorbed on the filter cloth of the drum. When it reaches a certain thickness, it is scraped off by a fixed scraper, and the filtrate enters the steam water separator, so as to achieve the purpose of starch, water and gas separation. It is suitable for the material with small particle size, not easy to precipitate . The thickness of the filter material can be more than 3mm. It can continuously carry out suction filtration and dehydration under the effect of vacuum.
