Operating Principle

Filtered and heated air enters the dryer in a spiral pattern through an air distributor. Liquid raw material is atomized into fine mist beads by a high-speed rotary atomizer at the tower top. Contact with hot air rapidly dries the liquid into solid powder, which is continuously discharged from the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator. Exhaust air is removed by the exhaust fan.
